Bookmaker.cash Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Bookmaker.cash ("Bookmaker", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Bookmaker website, mobile platform and all associated services. Please read every section carefully. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Bookmaker and apply from the moment you access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed registration or placed a bet.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Bookmaker.cash, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or service on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a Bookmaker account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Bookmaker operates a strict over-18 policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds held pending review.
• Location: You must be accessing Bookmaker from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. Bookmaker serves Pakistani players and is designed for the Pakistani market.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active Bookmaker account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your real name or an alias — is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension of all accounts involved.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own real, accurate personal information. You may not register on behalf of another person or use a third party's payment method without documented authorisation.
• Mental Capacity: You must be acting voluntarily and of sound mind. You must not be under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing bets.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through Bookmaker's tools or through any other mechanism — at the time of registration or use.

03 Account Registration

When you register a Bookmaker account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address.

Identity Verification (KYC): Bookmaker is required to verify the identity of players, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked at any time to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie for biometric matching, or documentation confirming your payment method ownership. Failure to provide these documents within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your Bookmaker login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Bookmaker will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your consent, contact support immediately via the email listed in Section 14.

Accuracy: If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address or payment account details — you must update your Bookmaker profile promptly. Accounts with outdated information may face restrictions on withdrawals until details are verified.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Payments

All transactions on Bookmaker are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Supported payment methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Under five minutes during operating hours for verified accounts using supported local payment methods.
• Deposit method matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Deposits are irrevocable: Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your Bookmaker balance, it cannot be reversed. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support immediately.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. Bookmaker will not process deposits from accounts belonging to other people and may return or hold such funds pending verification.

Bookmaker reserves the right to carry out additional identity or payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering or Terms violation is suspected, Bookmaker may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. We take financial crime seriously and cooperate fully with relevant authorities.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Bookmaker are subject to the specific rules of the event or game in question, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets and games:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not valid until confirmed by the Bookmaker system and a bet ID is generated. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you see confirmation on screen.
• Odds at time of placement: The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• Void bets: Bookmaker may void a bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious price errors, event cancellation, technical failures that affect the integrity of the outcome, or evidence that the bet was placed using information unavailable to the general public at the time.
• In-play betting: Live betting decisions are made in real time by Bookmaker's trading team. Bookmaker reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after an event's outcome is determined but before the market is settled will be voided.
• Casino game results: All RNG-based game results on Bookmaker are generated by certified random number generators. Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of a real dealer's action — card deal or wheel spin — in a professionally monitored studio environment. Bookmaker does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum winnings: Bookmaker reserves the right to apply maximum single-event winning limits, which are disclosed per market or game. Winnings above the stated maximum may be adjusted to the limit at Bookmaker's sole discretion.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time Bookmaker offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits and reload promotions. The following general conditions apply to all Bookmaker bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your Bookmaker account. Real money is wagered first. Bonus funds activate once your real money balance reaches zero.
• Bookmaker bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in arbitrage betting patterns, or otherwise exploiting promotions constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• Bookmaker reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a player will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from your balance without compensation.

07 Responsible Gaming

Bookmaker is committed to providing a safe betting environment. We believe responsible gaming is not optional — it is a fundamental obligation of any platform that takes real money from players.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum loss you are willing to accept in a given period.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bookmaker and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and possible legal action:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games on Bookmaker without express written permission.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, exploit vulnerabilities in or otherwise interfere with the Bookmaker platform or its underlying systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including at live dealer tables.
• Using inside information or any non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets on Bookmaker.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft or other illegal means into your Bookmaker account.
• Using Bookmaker as a mechanism to launder money or circumvent financial regulations.
• Registering more than one account on Bookmaker, whether using real or false details.
• Allowing a third party — including a family member — to use your Bookmaker account to place bets on your behalf.
• Making false or fraudulent claims to Bookmaker support regarding disputes, payment issues or game outcomes.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on Bookmaker.cash — including but not limited to the logo, game graphics, interface designs, text, data, software, odds displays and live stream content — is the intellectual property of Bookmaker or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access this content for personal use on the Bookmaker platform only.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, publish, broadcast or use any Bookmaker content for commercial purposes without express written consent from Bookmaker. Unauthorised use of Bookmaker intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bookmaker's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Bookmaker is not liable for any loss of profits, business, data or opportunity arising from your use of the platform, even if Bookmaker was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Bookmaker is not responsible for losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on your end, device failures, network outages or force majeure events.
• In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, Bookmaker reserves the right to correct the error regardless of whether you have already withdrawn the erroneous funds. You agree to return any such incorrectly credited amounts on request.
• Bookmaker's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Bookmaker reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• We have reason to believe you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order or law enforcement instruction.
• We detect suspicious activity on your account that may indicate fraud, money laundering or identity theft.
• You have submitted a self-exclusion request.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure for Terms violation, Bookmaker may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. In cases of voluntary closure or inactivity, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard identity verification.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

Bookmaker collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary: we collect the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations. Submit such requests to the support email in Section 14.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Bookmaker may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where the changes are significant.
• Give reasonable notice before changes take effect where they materially affect your rights.

Your continued use of Bookmaker after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revision, you should close your account before the revision takes effect.

The version of these Terms in force at the time you placed a bet governs the settlement of that bet, regardless of any subsequent amendments.
